Frills have been appearing on the streets and on the runway. Kate Spade included this feature in her recent fall 2013 ready-to-wear collection. When encouraging the monochrome trend (Black & White), she incorporated a romantic trait by adding frills along the neckline.It appears like the attire that was worn by men during the 1800's, an interesting decade for fashion. On the streets we found someone wearing a creamy-coloured leather jacket with frills also placed on the neckline. A nice modern twist on a vintage trend.
